1) Disclaimer (Educational Coaching / Subconscious Pattern Assessment)
All content and services provided by me (including audio tracks, downloads, “diagnostics,” workshops, programs, and 1:1 sessions) are for educational and coaching purposes and may support general well-being (such as stress reduction and emotional regulation). They are not medical care or mental health treatment, and they do not replace advice from a licensed physician, therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
I provide “diagnostics” as an educational assessment of subconscious patterns, stress responses, and internal programs. These insights are not a medical, psychological, or mental health diagnosis.
I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical/mental health condition, and nothing on this website creates a therapist-client relationship.
If you have a medical or mental health concern, please consult a licensed professional. If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.
Results vary and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

2) Eligibility
This website and services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location).

3) Purchases & Payments
When you purchase a product or service, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Payments may be processed through Stripe and/or PayPal. I do not store your full payment card information.

4) Digital Products & Access
Many products include immediate access to digital materials or recordings. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email and/or the platform where materials are delivered.
You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, publicly post, or create derivative works from any digital materials, recordings, or program content without my written permission.

5) Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, audio, video, downloads, recordings, logos, and branding—is owned by me (or licensed to me) and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6) Personal Responsibility
You understand that you are responsible for your own participation and results. You agree to use your best judgment and take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

7) No Guarantees
I make no guarantees regarding any outcome, including financial, emotional, relationship, health, or business results. Any examples, testimonials, or references to outcomes are not promises that you will achieve the same results.

8) Refunds & Chargebacks
Refund terms (if any) are stated on the applicable checkout page or purchase agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all digital products and recordings are non-refundable due to immediate access.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, I reserve the right to suspend access to purchased materials and services until the dispute is resolved.

9) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or services.
If liability is found, it will be limited to the amount you paid to me for the applicable product or service.
