About Me

I help people change what keeps repeating — quietly, deeply, and for real.
I work with subconscious patterns that shape how we love, earn, choose, and live — often without realizing it.

For over 5 years, I’ve helped clients untangle internal blocks that don’t respond to logic, discipline, or “doing everything right.”
This includes patterns around relationships, money, emotional burnout, and that quiet feeling of being stuck despite effort.
My work is for people who are thoughtful, high-functioning, and self-aware — yet keep running into the same outcomes.
They don’t need motivation.
They need clarity and a reset at the level where decisions are actually made.
I use a combination of subconscious diagnosticsaudio-based tools, and private one-to-one work to help people identify what’s running their internal system — and change it without breaking their lives.
This is not therapy in the traditional sense.
And it’s not surface-level coaching.
It’s precise, grounded subconscious work — designed for people who value privacy, depth, and real shifts.

How I came to this work

I wasn’t always doing this professionally.
I was born in a small town called Karelichy, Belarus studied economical cybernetics as a major in college and after I graduated in 2010 I decided to move to the United States.
Growing up, I spent summers in the countryside — helping my grandmother plant potatoes, grow tomatoes, and work with the land. That rhythm — slow, physical, real — shaped my understanding of grounding and resilience long before I had words for it.
When I arrived in the U.S., like many immigrants, I didn’t come with a plan B - or even a clear plan A.
I started with the work that was available: housekeeping, waitressing, bussing tables, driving, pedicab driving, and assisting wherever I could be useful.
Those years taught me something no textbook could:
how stress lives in the body, how people suppress what they feel to survive, and how easily we lose ourselves while appearing “strong.”
Over time, I built a corporate career and grew into leadership roles in operations - which strengthened my systems mindset: seeing patterns, building structure, and understanding how small inputs create big outcomes.
On paper, everything looked stable and successful.
Internally, it wasn’t.
I faced my own repeating challenges around health, finances, and relationships - issues that logic and productivity couldn’t resolve. I've tried pretty much everything there is on the market to overcome those challenges but nothing really worked.
That’s when I turned toward subconscious work, not as an interest, but as a necessity.
What started as personal work became my profession.

My approach

I don’t work with symptoms.
I work with patterns.
Patterns that:
  • repeat across relationships
  • sabotage income growth (especially right when things start improving)
  • create emotional shutdown or chronic over-functioning
  • keep people “almost there,” but never fully free
Many of my clients come after years of therapy, coaching, or self-development.
They’re not broken — they’re often incredibly capable.
They’re just running outdated internal programs that were built for survival, not for the life they want now.
My role is not to push, fix, or motivate you.
My role is to help you see clearly what is operating beneath the surface — and support a shift that feels calm, grounded, and sustainable.
And since I am a musician as well, I also utilize music and sound in my work, where sound becomes a way to access the subconscious without force.

Teaching & Mission

I don’t only work with clients privately — I also teach people how to work with their subconscious.

My mission is simple:
to help more people understand that your reality isn’t changed by willpower alone — it changes when you learn how to work with the internal programs that drive your choices, emotions, relationships, and money patterns.

For years, subconscious work was treated like something mysterious — reserved for “spiritual people” or explained in a way that felt unclear. I want to change that.

I teach a practical approach to subconscious rewiring — so people can:
• recognize their repeating patterns in real time
• understand what those patterns are protecting
• shift the internal signal that creates the same outcomes
• and build a new baseline that actually holds

Because when more people learn how the subconscious works, they stop blaming themselves — and start building lives that feel aligned, stable, and truly theirs.

The Science-Aligned Foundation Behind My Work (Research-Informed)

“Subconscious” can sound abstract — but many of the mechanisms I work with are well described in neuroscience, learning, and stress biology.

How this shows up in my work:
I combine clarity (diagnostics), pattern mapping, work in quantum field and repeatable nervous-system support (including audio tools) to help clients move from “I understand” to “my system responds differently.” The goal is a new internal baseline — calmer reactivity, cleaner choices, and more stable results.

Supportive research:

1.Intergenerational transmission of trauma effects: putative role of epigenetic mechanisms . Authors: Rachel Yehuda & Amy Lehrner

Journal: European Journal of Psychotraumatology, 2018

(Demonstrates how emotional trauma can be passed through genes to future generations)

2.National Library of Medicine (PubMed Central) — Rewiring the Connectome: Evidence and Effects (2018).

(Demonstrates how neural circuits can be restructured through experience, focus, and adaptation — confirming the brain’s ability to “recode” its stress responses)

3.Frontiers in Cellular Neuroscience — Neural Stimulation and Molecular Mechanisms of Plasticity and Regeneration: A Review (2020).

(Explores how neural activity, focused attention, and sensory input stimulate plasticity and neural rewiring — supporting protocols that use breath and focus to reset stress responses)

4.Frontiers in Psychology — Auditory Driving of the Autonomic Nervous System: Listening to Theta-Frequency Binaural Beats (2014).

Demonstrates that theta-frequency binaural beats increase parasympathetic activation, reduce stress responses, and promote relaxation — confirming the brain’s natural ability to sync with calming auditory patterns.

5.Modern physics models reality through quantum fields,

(where what we call “particles” can be understood as quantized excitations of underlying fields — a foundational idea in quantum field theory. In that sense, the human body (like everything material) is built from matter described by these field-based models)
